Glendale, AZ -- Erika Kirk, a media personality and advocate known for her work on conservative and social issues, confirmed Sunday that she is eight weeks pregnant. The announcement, made during an interview with Megyn Kelly, included few personal details and did not identify the father.
Kirk, 33, shared that she was “grateful and healthy” but requested privacy during the early stages of her pregnancy. “This is a deeply personal time,” her statement read. “I’m focusing on health, faith, and gratitude for this new chapter.”
However, the announcement quickly fueled speculation online. Two unnamed sources close to Kirk told the New Herald Tribune that the father may be Vice President JD Vance. Neither Kirk nor Vance have commented on the claim, and representatives for both declined to issue statements Monday.
Vance, 41, recently drew attention after posting on X, formerly Twitter, reaffirming a stance on reproductive rights that surprised some of his supporters. “I have always been pro-choice,” he wrote last week, prompting widespread political discussion given his influence within the current administration.
Political analysts note that the intersection of the Vice President’s evolving public positions and the personal allegations surrounding him could attract closer media attention in the coming weeks. Others suggest that without confirmation from either party, speculation should remain cautious.
